Return Policy

CPAP /APAP / and BiPAP Machines

Cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final. If you have a question about which machine is right for you, please contact us.

The Manufacturer’s Return policy for defective machines varies by manufacturer. Most of our manufacturer’s provide up to 2 years of manufacturer’s warranty for Machines. Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by consumer. Please contact our customer care team at 818-875-2020 to get more information.

Masks, and Mask Parts

CPAP Cloud has a 30-day return policy from the date items have been purchased. The return is only accepted if the item is in its original packaging and has not been opened. We do charge a 20% Restocking fee on returned unopened items. The customer is also responsible for shipping fees for returned items. The Manufacturer’s Return policy for defective masks, accessories, and parts varies by manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover damage caused by consumer. Please contact our customer care team at 818-875-2020 to receive an RMA number before returning any items. Any packages without an RMA number will be refused.

Tubes, Humidifiers, Parts, Nebulizers, Batteries, Cleaners, and Accessories:

Cannot be returned or exchanged and all sales are final.

 

Purchases covered in full or partially by insurance cannot be returned.

 

Refund Policy

CPAP Cloud, Inc. refund policy is as follows. We will issue a refund in the original form of payment or store credit. Purchases covered in full or partially by insurance will NOT be refunded. The refund credit issued will have the original shipping amount subtracted. We do not issue return shipping labels, customers are responsible for return shipping costs of items back to our location in Burbank, CA. PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT TO GET A RMA NUMBER BEFORE SHIPPING BACK.
