Return Policy

CPAP, APAP & BiPAP Machines

All CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP machines are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.

If you need assistance selecting the appropriate machine, please contact us prior to purchase.

 

Masks & Mask Parts

We accept returns on unopened masks and mask parts within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required prior to return

Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Tubing
  • Humidifiers
  • Machine parts  
  • Batteries
  • Cleaning devices and supplies
  • Accessories

 

Insurance & Medicare Orders

Items purchased in full or in part through insurance or Medicare are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide return shipping labels
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of returned items

 

Warranty Policy

CPAP, APAP & BiLevel Devices

Most devices include a manufacturer’s warranty (typically up to 2 years).

  • Warranty coverage is provided directly by the manufacturer
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications

If your device requires warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer care team at 818-875-2020
  2. Obtain an RMA number
  3. Send the device to us for processing

We will coordinate with the manufacturer and assist with repair or replacement as applicable.

 

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We may require photos or documentation
  • We will assist in resolving the issue in accordance with manufacturer policies

 

Important Notes

  • CPAP Cloud, Inc. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet policy requirements
  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt
  • Policies may vary depending on manufacturer guidelines and regulatory requirements
  • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time
