6. Payment & Fraud Prevention

• Once shipped, orders are the responsibility of the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
• CPAP Cloud is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

 

8. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

• Certain items are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations
• Insurance and Medicare-covered purchases are not eligible for return or refund
• An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all approved returns
